Frequently asked questions

Which service should I select?

Use the 60-minute consultation for a focused question, the document review for a limited set of existing materials, and the remote readiness review for one facility preparing to improve compliance. Organization-wide, on-site, multi-facility, or multi-part work generally requires a proposal and deposit.

Is the deposit an additional fee?

No. The entire applicable $500 deposit is credited toward the professional fee stated in the written proposal. It does not change the project price, scope, deliverables, schedule, or other accepted terms.

Should confidential information be submitted at checkout?

No. Provide only enough information to identify the organization, facility, general topic, and desired timeframe. CTC will provide instructions for securely supplying any documents after confirming that the engagement can be accepted.

Does a readiness review replace an official inspection?

No. Consulting services are advisory. They do not replace official regulatory inspections or approvals, and CTC does not guarantee a regulatory outcome.

Can CTC represent us before a regulatory agency?

CTC does not represent clients before regulatory agencies. Active enforcement matters, administrative proceedings, legal disputes, engineering or design work, licensed trade work, and legal advice fall outside these services.
