Program or Agency Assessment Deposit
CTC provides customized consulting for public agencies and organizations seeking to initiate a proposal to strengthen programs, improve consistency, and support employee development.
Potential services include program workflow assessments, policy and procedure development, inspection and enforcement documentation review, quality-assurance processes, staff training, supervisory development, emergency preparedness, and facilitated tabletop exercises.
Because every organization has different responsibilities, staffing structures and desired outcomes, these engagements require a defined proposal process to initiate a proposal. Submit a consulting request describing your organization, program area, primary concern and desired timeframe. CTC will review the request and, when appropriate, provide a written scope of work, deliverables, schedule and fee.
This product is used to pay the $500 project deposit. The entire payment will be credited toward the professional fee stated in the proposal. Payment of the deposit does not modify the agreed project scope, deliverables, schedule, or total price. The accepted proposal controls the engagement terms, remaining balance, cancellation provisions, and payment schedule.
