The National Restaurant Association is the premier provider of educational resources, materials, and programs for the food service industry. Our programs provide current and comprehensive educational materials to the restaurant industry and we look to help attract and develop a strong industry workforce. The ServSafe program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and is recognized by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification. By utilizing these programs we look to continue to lead the industry in continued prosperity, prominence, and participation, enhancing the quality of life for all we serve.
