How the one-day Fusion format works
The Fusion pathway has two parts. Participants first complete the required Pool Operator Primer™ online at their own pace. They then attend a scheduled day of live instructor-led Pool Operator Fusion™ training.
Plan ahead: the online prerequisite must be completed by the deadline provided with your course instructions. Register early enough to receive access and finish the required work.
After registration and course materials
CTC will send course instructions, schedule details, preparation steps, and any online-access information to the email address provided during registration. Accurate contact and shipping information is essential.
Physical materials for online courses are generally shipped in advance when registration is completed early enough. In-person course materials may be held for distribution on the class date. Digital materials may be used when physical delivery cannot be completed before an online class.
Review all messages promptly and contact CTC if instructions have not arrived within the timeframe stated in your registration confirmation.
Examination and certification
Course participation alone does not guarantee certification. Participants must satisfy the applicable attendance, preparation, examination, and program requirements identified for the course they purchase.
Requirements may vary by course format. Review the product page and all post-registration instructions carefully.
Technology for virtual courses
Virtual participants should have reliable internet access and a device capable of using the meeting and course platforms identified in their instructions. Test your connection, audio, video, and required software before class.
Some online course components may be administered by a third-party provider. Platform-specific account or technical issues may need to be resolved directly with that provider.
Group and organization scheduling
Group scheduling may be available for facilities, health departments, parks and recreation programs, hotels, apartments, campgrounds, schools, public agencies, and other organizations needing staff training.
When contacting CTC, include your preferred timeframe, location or virtual preference, estimated number of participants, and any operational scheduling constraints. Group pricing may be available depending on the course and enrollment.
